What you are paying for:
You are paying for us to send, you a box suitable for safe shipping of a laptop, pre-paid shipping for you to send your device to us and return shipping back to you. The box will have a pre-paid shipping label affixed. All you need to do is to drop it into any Post Office and ensure you retain the proof of shipping. (There is nothing to pay). Once we receive it, we will assess/diagnose your device for free. We will then contact you with a price for the repair. Assuming you authorize us to, we will get your device repaired and then ship it back to you safe and sound. All repairs include a 12 RTB month warranty for the same fault arising.
If you require an approximate price for the repair – please message us with as much detail regarding your fault. Please do be upfront if you have had any repair attempts either by yourself or any other party – it will help us to provide a more accurate price guide. Please note: the price given is an estimate based on your description. Upon proper assessment in our workshop, the price may go up or down from that of the estimate provided. The authorization is always sought prior to any repairs proceeding.

In the unlikely, event that we are unable to repair your device, then you will not be charged any repair or diagnostic fee.
How it Works in Detail:
After you press buy it now, we will send you a box with a prepaid postage label affixed. Please ensure that your eBay/PayPal address is correct as we cannot refund shipping charges. Once you receive the box, please include in the box with your device a note with your eBay username and your full name, address, email address and mobile number and a brief description of the fault and drop it off at a Post Office and retain the proof of postage.
When we receive your product, we will start a 5-stage process:

- Return Shipping
First, we inspect the device and inspect the logic board using a microscope to map any signs of damage & corrosion. Start diagnosing the fault using the latest diagnostic equipment and board schematics
Carrying out repairs – This includes all repairs to the logic board including repairing broken traces and replacing components.
Logic board wash using a PCB specialized Ultrasonic Cleaner using a mixture of specially formulated chemicals to clean flux and layers of corrosion on the board and underneath complex components and remove any contamination after liquid damage.
Reassembly and Final Testing using manufacturer and our own in-house Diagnostic Software to ensure your device is running properly.

Once the repair process has started you will receive regular updates via email to keep you informed of the progress.
If we are unable to repair your laptop for any reason, we will contact you and discuss your options. You can always choose to have the product returned to you unrepaired with no additional fees.

Terms and Conditions
At GIT Support we strive to ensure the service that you receive is of the highest quality. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our repair service, please contact us via eBay message, email, or telephone.
All repairs are covered by our 12-month warranty. (Except for water damage) This covers the specific part or component that we have repaired and not for any other issues or parts on the device. We offer warranty service only – no refunds. Our warranty does not cover future modifications or damage after our repair. We protect warranties with the use of an anti-tamper label. If any item returned for warranty service has the label removed or tampered with, the warranty will be considered void. The return shipping fee for a device being returned for the same fault occurring within the warranty period will be paid by the customer except for failure within the first 90 days of the warranty. We will return the device back to you free of charge.
All goods remain the property of GIT Support Ltd until any outstanding invoice is paid in full. This can be either by PayPal, BACS, or card payment over the telephone.
Return of Goods
When the repair is completed, the goods will be shipped back to you. You will receive notifications via email/SMS. Please ensure arrangements have been made to receive the delivery. Normally after two failed delivery attempts, the goods will be returned to us. You will be notified of this and liable for further delivery costs. After 45 days in all cases where either money outstanding has not been paid or there is no contact or arrangements made to receive the goods; the goods will be recycled.
